We’ll send you the Teams link via email once your booking is confirmed.

🤝 Friendly Reminders

 • You can join up to 2 sessions in your first month if you're a new participant — and 1 extra if you invite a friend!

 • If you need to cancel, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance

 • If you’re over 10 minutes late without notice, your booking may be cancelled
